Fernando Penteado is a globally experienced Supply Chain executive with over 20 years of leadership in logistics and operations for top-tier companies across Retail, FMCG, Cosmetics, Home Appliances, and Pharma. He specializes in driving end-to-end supply chain transformations, optimizing logistics networks, and enhancing operational efficiency. He holds a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM®) designation from ISM, a Professional Coaching Certification from ICF, and is a Lean Six Sigma Champion & Green Belt. Having worked across South America, the U.S., Mexico, France, Spain, China, and India, he has held key roles at Avon Cosmetics, Teka Group, Grupo Éxito (Groupe Casino France), and Curia Pharma. Currently serving as Global Head of Logistics at Galderma, Fernando leads the global logistics transformation, integrating omnichannel strategies, optimizing costs, and advancing sustainability. Throughout his career, he has successfully led major process improvement initiatives, generating significant cost savings through logistics optimization. He also has extensive experience in Global S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) projects, aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives to improve service levels, inventory management, and financial performance. Additionally, he has deep expertise in inventory control and COGS management (US GAAP). Originally from Brazil, he is based in Madrid, Spain, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a basic understanding of French.
