You can register directly through the conference page on this site, or contact our delegate team at info@corvusglobalevents.com. Confirmation is sent by email - please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
Yes. We offer tiered group rates for teams of three or more from the same organisation. Contact our team for a tailored quote.
Cancellations made 6+ months prior incur the full booking amount; 4–6 months - 75%; 3–4 months - 50%. Cancellations under 3 months are non-refundable. Substitutions from the same organisation are always permitted at no charge.
Absolutely. If you are unable to attend, another representative from your organisation may take your place at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing in advance.
All sessions, networking breaks, lunches, the official evening reception, full access to the exhibition floor, and post-event session materials where available.
Business or business-casual attire is recommended for all conference sessions and networking events.
Recording - video, audio or photography - is not permitted without express written permission from the speaker and Corvus Global Events.
Selected sessions are made available on-demand to registered delegates after the event, subject to speaker approval.

We negotiate preferred delegate rates with the host hotel and partner properties nearby. Booking links are shared in your confirmation email.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and host country. We are happy to issue invitation letters for confirmed delegates to support visa applications.
Yes. Please indicate any dietary or accessibility requirements at registration and we will arrange accordingly with the venue.
