BY ACCESSING THE SERVICES OF CORVUS GLOBAL EVENTS, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE

DOCUMENT. YOU ALSO AGREE TO ABIDE BY ANY RULES/GUIDELINES POSTED SUBSEQUENTLY BY CORVUS GLOBAL
EVENTS. ANY PARTICIPATION IN OUR SERVICES CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT WITH OUR ToS. IF YOU DO NOT
AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS SERVICE.
Section 1: Issues Regarding Events
Section 1A: Issues Regarding Booking Confirmation
Do make sure that your booking has been confirmed, both for live and on-demand events.
‘Confirmation’ will be in the form of an email from Corvus Global Events stating that
your event has been registered indeed. Do not—in any event—assume confirmation unless you receive
this email. In case you don’t, we advise you check your spam folder, or get in touch with
Corvus executives at info@corvusglobalevents.com
Section 1B: Issues Regarding Cancellation Of Events By Client
Corvus Global Events shall charge a cancellation fee in case the client cancels an event, whatever the reason. Corvus requires a written notice stating the express reasons for said cancellation. Cancellation fees shall be levied as follows:
- Full booking amount (100%), for cancellation 6 months or more prior to the event
- 75% of the booking amount, for cancellation 4-6 months prior to the event
- 50% of the booking amount, for cancellation 3-4 months prior to the event
- Cancellation Less than 3 months will have no cash refund
Section 1C: Issues Regarding Cancellation By Individual Delegates
In case a registered individual delegate fails to attend the event, the conference fee
shall not be refunded under any circumstances. However, another person from the same organization
may avail the registration and participate at no extra cost.
Section 1D: Issues Regarding Cancellation By Corvus Global Events
In certain condition: such as a lack of an adequate number of attendees Corvus might
cancel the event altogether. In such an event, the information will be passed on to registered
participants at least 4 weeks in advance of the registered event. Corvus Global Events shall refund
your registration fee in full, but shall not be held responsible for your accommodation, travelling,
or any other consequential charges.
Cancellation in the events of natural disasters/calamities:
Corvus Global Events cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates/attendees that
result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.
Corvus Global Events will have the right to cancel/postpone/reschedule the conference during
fortuitous event, natural disasters/calamities, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event
that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. In this case,
Corvus Global Events will provide opportunity for the Sponsors/Exhibitors/Registered delegates to
transfer their registration fee to any future relevant scientific conferences.
Postponement: If Corvus Global Events postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or
unwilling to
attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit note for 100% of the registration fee paid
(Delegate/Sponsor/Exhibitor). You may use this credit note for another event which must occur within
one year from the date of postponement.
Section 1E: Issues Regarding Changes In Event Details
Corvus Global Events reserves the right to change the location of the event and guest
speakers as well. Due to extenuating circumstances, we might decide to change the venue or speaker
previously agreed upon and there might be some content changes.
Section 1F: Issues Regarding Unauthorized Recording Of Events
No recording of the events—through videos, audio recordings, or still photos—is
permitted by Corvus. Copies and photos of slides in presentations cannot be made at events, unless
with the express permission of the presenter. Violators will have their badges removed if found
breaking these rules.
Section 2: Issues Regarding Endorsement
Corvus Global Events does not in any way support the content shared or views expressed
at any of our events and conferences, by our conference speakers, or companies involved in our
events. All of these do not represent support for any of Corvus’ technology,
Intellectual Property (IP), or platform.
Section 3: Issues Regarding Clients’ Personal
Data
We do save our clients’ personal data, in order to contact them regarding future
events and promo offers. These details in our database may be shared with sponsors for event-related
reasons. If you do not wish to have your name and other details saved, please notify us at info@corvusglobalevents.com

Section 4: Issues Regarding Payment
Payments are to be made without fail at specified dates prior to the event.
Event emissaries who haven’t made requisite payments will need to supply a credit card as
guarantee at the event’s reception desk.
Corvus will take action on late payers in order to ensure the complete payment of the
invoice, without prejudice to any other rights, to render your contract void in respect of any
future supplies and to compensation for debt recovery costs under “The Late Payment of
Commercial Debts (Interest)” Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by “The Late Payment
of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.”
Beyond credit terms we’ve agreed to, payments will be levied an additional interest charge of
8% over the bank rate on the entire amount, including VAT. This is in accordance with the Late
Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1198. Corvus reserves the right to charge an additional
£50 towards administration costs.
Section 4A: Issues Regarding Payment Transactions
Corvus Global Events uses Worldpay or PayPal payment gateways for all payments made
using credit cards. Our transactions are carried out in a secure manner, using 128-bit encryption.
No details are displayed as clear text on any website. All payments will have VAT levied, at the
prevailing rate. Corvus Global Events’ VAT Number is 229631304
Section 5: Issues Regarding Browser Cookies
Our website employs session and persistent cookies. The former are used temporarily (for
as long as you browse), while the latter are stored by your browser for subsequent use. These are
used in an effort to provide a better browsing experience for clients. Corvus may also send cookies
to your browser, unless you’ve pre-emptively blocked these. Cookies from our website do not
gather personal information.
You can choose to allow the cookies, get notified when these are issued, or deny them permission
altogether. Note that cookies need to be activated so you can enjoy certain advanced and
personalized features of the Corvus Global Events Website. To understand your browser’s cookie

Section 6: Agreement Regarding Use Of Photos, Video, And
Audio Recorded At Events
I hereby permit Corvus Global Events and its agents/employees to use audio/video/images
of me taken at any of their events. I agree to let them use these for educational and documentary
purposes in print, online, and other media. I also grant them permission to use my likeness, my
image, and my voice for promos, materials, and other purposes deemed appropriate and necessary by
Corvus Global Events.
Furthermore, I agree to release Corvus Global Events, its employees/agents, and any firm publishing
the above-mentioned content, from being held responsible for use of the photos/videos/audio
recordings—including but not limited to misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion,
or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in
taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or
distribution.
Section 7: Website Usage & Intellectual Property
This website is a property of the Corvus Global Events Limited and is subject to
copyright protection. Our Website or Blog may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as
those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of
our Website, Blog or Services does not constitute any right or license for you to use our service
marks or trademarks, without the prior written permission of Corvus Global Events Limited. Our
Content (images, photographs, text and video), as found within our Website, Blog and Services, is
protected under local and international laws. All files and information including images, text,
sound, and video present on this site are copyright protected and may not be duplicated, copied,
modified or adapted or used, in any way without our written permission. Your use of our Website and
Services does not grant you any ownership rights to our Content and the Visitors to this site are
asked to respect the intellectual property of the site by not copying or downloading content for
commercial, non-commercial or any other kind of personal use.

Section 8: Liability Waiver
As a participant at one of Corvus’ events, I acknowledge that my participation in
said event/activity is of my own free will. I take full responsibility and liability for any injury
and/or other loss or damage associated in any way with the event and my participation in it. To the
fullest extent permissible by law, I hereby release Corvus Global Events and any of its directors,
officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or other representatives, successors, assigns,
and all others acting on their behalf (collectively referred to herein as the "Released
Parties") from any and all responsibilities, claims, expenses, personal injury, wrongful death
or liability for injuries or damages of any kind resulting from—or in any way arising out of—my
participation in any event organized by Corvus Global Events.
I will not hold Corvus Global Events responsible for disruptions in my travel plans due to fire,
flood, volcano, acts of God or terrorism. I fully understand, and agree, that no refunds of
participant or exhibitor fees can be offered by Corvus Global Events in case of such
conditions.
I agree that Corvus Global Events is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of
substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control
including without limitation natural disasters, sabotage, Act of God, accident, trade or industrial
disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities.
I also will not hold any of the Released Parties responsible or liable against any and all claims,
demands, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's
fees and costs incurred in defending such claims directly or indirectly resulting from, or in any
way arising out of or related to my participation in a Corvus Global Events event or conference. I
accept and acknowledge that my participation in said events and conference is subject to my
agreement to these Terms of Service.
Corvus reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these
Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms.
This contract is prepared under English law.
