Jens Hummelsiep

Jens Hummelsiep is a Senior S&OP Manager with more than 20 years of experience across supply chain, sales, performance management, and business transformation. In his current role at Novo Nordisk in Copenhagen, he leads the European S&OP agenda for Rare Diseases as well as the performance management process. His background spans leadership roles at Novo Nordisk and IKEA of Sweden, with a strong track record in performance management, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and large-scale transformations. Jens Hummelsiep holds an MSc in International Maritime Studies from Southampton Solent University and is CSCP certified by APICS.
