Tom Racette

Tom Racette brings more than 25 years of RFID leadership to EM Microelectronic, following senior global business development roles at Avery Dennison and Mojix, where he advanced RFID adoption across pharmaceutical, food, grocery, and retail sectors. He previously held executive positions at Checkpoint Systems and Motorola, helping pioneer some of the industry's earliest large-scale retail RFID deployments, and began his career at Sensormatic Solutions managing a $120 million source tagging business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from the University of Vermont and remains an active contributor to industry standards and innovation through GS1 and the Auburn University RFID Lab.
