Kenny Otto

Kenny Otto FCILT, MCIPS is an internationally experienced supply chain leader and healthcare logistics specialist with over 20 years' experience spanning pharmaceutical supply chains, healthcare systems, and global health programmes across the UK, Africa, and Europe. He currently serves as Head of Supply Chain at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where he is leading a major digital transformation focused on end-to-end inventory visibility, GS1/Scan4Safety compliance, and integration with enterprise clinical systems to improve patient safety, operational resilience, and business continuity. Kenny has held senior roles across both public and private sectors, including large-scale donor-funded health supply chain programmes and pharmaceutical distribution networks. His expertise includes inventory optimisation, supply chain security, cold-chain management, digital traceability, and risk mitigation in complex, regulated environments. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (FCILT) and a Chartered Member of CIPS.
