About me

Harry Hughes is the UK Regional Lead for the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA EMEA) and Managing Director of FET Logistics Ltd, a specialist logistics provider focused on secure and GDP-compliant pharmaceutical transport. With nearly 30 years’ experience in the logistics and supply chain sector, Harry has developed extensive expertise in high-value and temperature-controlled transport, particularly within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Through his role at FET Logistics, he has led the development of a comprehensive Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and Good Distribution Practice (GDP), supporting the secure and compliant movement of medicinal products across the UK and Europe. As UK Regional Lead for TAPA EMEA, Harry works closely with industry partners, logistics providers, insurers and law enforcement to promote stronger supply chain security standards and greater collaboration in the fight against cargo crime. He regularly represents TAPA at industry conferences and events across the UK and Europe, focusing on practical measures that help organisations reduce risk, protect high-value shipments and strengthen supply chain resilience.
