About me

Damjan Bonač is a legal advisor at the Slovenian Medicines Agency (JAZMP) and a national expert at the European Commission working group on the Delegated act on safety features. He focuses on pharma and medical devices law and advises on policy issues and regulatory questions. He coordinated implementation of the Safety Features regulation on national level and now provides counsel to inspectors on challenges related to falsified medicines. He believes that long term progress can only be achieved by collaboration, perseverance, and patience.
