Florent is the Global Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Lead at Roche Pharmaceuticals within the Global Pharma Strategy Organization. He began his journey with Roche in 2019, where he played a role in establishing the Global Commercial Advanced Analytics team. He has led global data strategy, external data acquisition, and data partnerships. Currently, Florent serves as the Global Product Owner of the Customer Engagement Suite, an innovative, comprehensive customer engagement solution powered by AI and analytics. This AI-driven solution helps the commercial team gain deeper customer insights, take informed actions, and measure the impact of their engagement efforts. Florent brings 20 years of experience in commercial data science, exclusively within the pharmaceutical industry.
