Senior Country Safety Lead Central America and Caribbean - Pfizer
Laura Arce holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Iberoamerica (UNIBE) in Costa Rica and a master's degree in Pharmacy and Medication Management from OBS Business School and the International University of Catalonia, Barcelona. Graduated in 2008, soon she began working on retail pharmacy and public health. She began her career at Pfizer in 2013, currently she serves as Country Safety Lead for Central America and the Caribbean, as well as Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) for Panama and Guatemala, Costa Rica and El Salvador. She also has extensive experience and over 4 years of external participation in pharmacovigilance working groups within the pharmaceutical industry in the region. She is a passionate, communicative, and strategic leader, committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in pharmaceutical practices.
