Senior Business Development Manager - NIHR Research Delivery Network
Dr Karen Matthews is a Business Development Manager for the NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN) and her role is to advise life sciences companies, funders and researchers on the Network's capability and capacity to deliver their research pipeline. She also works closely with the Network's clinicians and managers to provide business development advice. Karen joined the CRN in 2007 and has previously held operational roles within Research Delivery. Karen is a Biochemist and Geneticist by background having completed a PhD in developmental genetics. She has previously worked in Pharma R&D, post-doctoral research and charity research management.
