Marina Borozna is the Head of Data Strategy at Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical company. With over 15 years of experience in data analytics and IT transformation, she is passionate about transforming data into insights and business impact. At Ipsen, she is responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that leverages both internal and external data to support the company’s research and development, commercial activities, and other critical functions. In her previous roles in pharma with ViiV Healthcare and GSK, she developed an AI and advanced analytics strategy for sales and marketing and managed the development and adoption of data and analytics products, including a recommendation engine for sales reps that delivered over 1 million recommendations a year. Marina joined the pharmaceutical industry from management consulting. In her roles at Accenture and North Highland Consulting, she gained expertise in strategic planning, and data-driven business transformation and change management.
