I have had the privilege of working in the field of Pharmacovigilance for the past 17 years. My career in this important discipline began soon after completing my undergraduate degree in Biomedical sciences. Throughout my career, I have held various roles within Pharmacovigilance, starting as a drug safety associate and gradually progressing to more senior positions. This journey has allowed me to gain extensive experience and expertise in monitoring and assessing the safety of pharmaceutical products. One of the many highlights of my career was the implementation of a ICSR tracking database, where I contributed to the development and implementation of robust paperless pharmacovigilance system. This involved end to end mapping of processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
