Bringing over 8 years of experience in the life science industry, She has been at the forefront of driving global supply chain excellence through various strategic roles. As the Global Process & Analytics Manager, she spearheaded the implementation of streamlined end-to-end planning processes across internal sites, CMOs, and headquarters SCM functions, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and planning quality. Her initiatives included orchestrating supply planning standardization at Business Service hub locations and introducing joint site performance reviews, fostering data-driven decision-making across Bayer’s global sites. Prior to this role, she led supply chain re-organizations as a project lead, overseeing warehouse and distribution network design projects in emerging markets. She is thrilled to share my insights and expertise at the upcoming global pharma supply chain conference.
