I am an Associate Director in Clinical Operations. I started my Clinical Trial career in the Czech Republic, which is the country I was born. I gained my on-site experience by monitoring in Czech Republic and Slovakia Republic. In 2016, I relocated to the United Kingdom and in February 2018, my career and family has brought me to the United States of America. My responsibilities are to empower the Cross- Functional Teams, to foster transparent diverse and inclusion culture of high performing teams, to work on program and study level in all operational aspects and deliverables.
