Director and Team Leader in Computational Chemistry at AstraZeneca (Sweden) with a focus on small molecules and PROTACs. Started as a computational chemist at AstraZeneca 25 years ago. After 10 years, transitioned into smaller biotech, working as chemistry project leader at Sprint Bioscience, for 9 years. After 2 years as an independent consultant, now back at AstraZeneca for 5 years, with a big interest in how to utilize AI methods and predictive models in the most efficient way.
What decisions in the DMTA-process do we want an Agent to support us with? What information would the Agent need to trigger actions and give useful advice? This presentation will give an overview of three key types of information an Agent would need, and the systems we are building internally at AstraZeneca to gather this information.
