Dafni Glinos

Dafni is a Data Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she is a member of a global, cross-functional team dedicated to bridging complex business challenges with innovative AI-driven solutions. In her role, she focusses on issues spanning the full spectrum of clinical trial operations and early commercial strategy, leveraging both advanced analytics, machine learning and generative AI. Dafni’s work is characterised by a strong emphasis on collaboration and translational impact. Dafni holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge, where she conducted research at the forefront of human functional genomics. She subsequently completed postdoctoral research at Columbia University and the Broad Institute, further honing her expertise in large-scale data analysis and method development.
