    HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE
    CONFERENCE?

    Kindly email your details to info@corvusglobalevents or call us in the number provided in our website and one of our representative will help you with the registration. Alternatively you can register directly through website using your debit/credit card. Each individual conference page will have a registration link. For paying by bank transfer kindly contact us by email or phone, you will receive an invoice and receipt via e-mail.

    Would I be able to register directly on the Conference day?

    Yes, We have spot registrations and you can visit our registration desk for assistance. The price will be higher than normal for spot registrations.

    For a two-day event can I attend for one day and is there any discount for it?

    +

    For a Two-day conference there is no discount to attend for a single day only but you can exchange the pass with any of your colleagues on the day you cant attend. You would need to inform us in advance the details of the other delegate so we can have the badge ready at the registration desk.

    I have registered for the event
    what's next?

    +

    After successful registration we would ask you to send us your details to send an invoice and receipt. Also the details would be used to have your badges ready at the registration desk on the day of the conference. You can collect your badges by providing your business card.

    Will I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?

    Yes, the receipt will be emailed to you once the amount is credited into our account. For any queries you can always email to info@corvusglobalevents.com or call us.

    Is Delegate Substitutions and Cancellations allowed?

    You must notify us by email at least 3 Days in advance of the conference if you wish to send a substitute participant. In case if cant attend the conference, please notify CGE by email no later than 10 days prior to the conference date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount paid and it is redeemable against any other CGE conference.

    Is it possible to update my registration details after registration?

    Yes you can, but notify us the changes at least 3 days in advance of the conference so that we can prepare the badge. Email the details to delegate@corvusglobalevents.com.

    How can we become an event
    sponsor?

    Kindly email the details of the conference you wish to be a sponsor. Please email us at sponsor@corvusglobalevents.com with more details on your expectation (E.g. Speaker slot, Exhibitor, branding etc.)

    Can I bring guests to the
    conference?

    All the attendees must have purchased the delegate passes in order to attend the conference

    Will I receive the speaker presentations after conference?

    Yes, the speaker presentations will be uploaded on to our website and we'll notify you by email the credentials to download the presentations.

    Is there any special discount for Accomodation?

    Yes, the hotel would give us special discounted rates for the rooms for our delegates.

    Will CGE help with VISA Letter for
    International Deletages

    +

    A VISA letter can be requested during the online registration process (full payment of the registration fees is required). VISA Letters will only be sent to fully registered conference delegates, not to Exhibition Visitors.
